TOILET RENTAL SERVICE AGREEMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS

Portable toilets are provided for the purpose of handling human waste. Therefore, no refuse, hazardous waster or hazardous material shall be placed in a portable toilet. Arrow Septic is not licensed to handle hazardous waste and the facilities where we dispose of sewage will not accept it.*

No infectious waste shall be placed in the portable toilet.*

Toilets not accessible by the truck on service days will not be serviced and the normal service fee will still be charged. Additional charges will occur if another service trip is required*

Additional frequency Service is at the option of the renter. If over use is a constant issue, Arrow Septic will supply an additional toilet at an additional charge.*

Customer acknowledges that he/she has care, custody and control of equipment owned by Arrow Septic and accepts responsibility and liabilities for the use of the equipment and its contents. THEREFORE, THE CUSTOMER EXPRESSLY AGREES TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS ARROW SEPTIC FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY OR INJURY TO OR DEATH OF PERSON OR PERSONS RESULTING FROM OR ARISING IN ANY MANNER OUT OF THE CUSTOMER’S USE OF THE EQUIPMENT FURNISHED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.*

Arrow Septic will not be responsible for damage done to roadways/driveway surfaces, culverts, etc., due to its equipment traveling on the customer property, nor will Arrow Septic be responsible for damage done to roads, roads surfaces, culverts, etc., on property or easements leading to or from the location at which the service is performed.*
